Today marks the end of a journey that started eight years ago in a coffee shop in downtown Portland. What started amongst roasted beans and notecards is now a supernatural thriller available on a variety of storefronts and devices. I hope you enjoy reading SHEPHERDS OF LOST THINGS as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Here’s to a delicious drink, a warm blanket, and a gloomy fall day setting the perfect vibe for your reading. If you need some extra vibes; I created a playlist to set the mood.
Back of the Book
Rookie FBI Agent Catalina Davidson is without excuses when her parents invite her out to brunch. On the way her prayers are answered when the case of the century drops right into her lap: A serial killer has come to Chicago looking for something lost.
A locked hotel suite with no exits. An unexplainable shoot out. A dozen dead men who’ve taken their secrets to the grave. One haunting question from the only survivor.
With each new crime scene the killer’s abilities begin to seem more and more impossible to explain. With time running out before her boss hands the case over to her office nemesis, Agent Davidson will be forced to team up with the last partners she ever wanted: A burnt out detective facing retirement and an enigmatic informant who’s playing both sides.
Together this unlikely trio will find out the hard way that lost things have a way of coming back to haunt you.
